# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup chilled brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso plus 3/4 cup cold water
02 - 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
03 - 1/2 frozen banana
04 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 3 to 4 ice cubes
07 - Pinch of sea salt
→ Optional Add-ins
08 - 1 tablespoon peanut butter
09 - 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
10 - Dash of cinnamon
11 - Sweetener of choice optional
# Directions:
01 - Brew the coffee and let it cool for approximately 10 minutes or chill in the refrigerator for a colder shake
02 - In a high-speed blender, combine the cooled coffee, protein powder, frozen banana, almond milk, vanilla extract, ice cubes, sea salt, and any desired optional add-ins
03 - Blend on high for approximately 30 seconds or until completely smooth and frothy, scraping down the sides as needed
