# Directions:
01 - Place mint leaves and sugar in a sturdy glass. Gently muddle together to release the mint's aromatic oils, taking care not to shred the leaves.
02 - Pour fresh lime juice and white rum into the glass with the muddled mixture.
03 - Add black currant juice and stir thoroughly to ensure all components are evenly combined.
04 - Fill the glass completely with crushed ice, leaving room for the final topping.
05 - Top with club soda according to your preferred strength. Stir gently to mix without disturbing the ice too much.
06 - Decorate with a fresh lime wedge, additional mint sprig, and black currants or berries if available. Serve immediately while chilled.
